Repsych (Pronounced: Re-Psych) was born in 2010 and started as a one-on-one coaching company for cycling enthusiasts to attain training advice and programs to become better riders.
Repsych revolutionised in 2015 when the business berthed an online company to enable Directors Kerrie Meares & Emily Rosemond to accommodate for more cycling clients, without jeopardising the quality of their coaching plans and deliverables. The online company, Track Cycling Academy has since helped over 5,000 cyclists from around the world to attain training advice and programs.
Following the berth of Track Cycling Academy, Emily with a business, communications and legal background started contracting to other organisations to assist with their communications and business portfolios, such as a State Cycling Organisation – Cycling Queensland, where Emily developed their Accreditation and Development Programs for the 2018 Commonwealth Games Velodrome facility. Kerrie, retains a firm-hold on the team building and leadership programs for businesses looking for a jovial, fun day out in the corporate world.
Collectively, Kerrie & Emily work with a motivated team of staff to help deliver exceptional quality training programs through their online company the Track Cycling Academy. Their team also consult to businesses and organisations looking for millennial solutions backed by years of experience, qualifications and international sporting and business success.
